My compass is 180 degrees off. I can't find out how to calibrate it. I have a new Dodge 1500 Big Horn SLT with Hemi.

Two things..

1. Go into the settings in your EVIC, and that's where you tell it to calibrate.. After setting it to calibrate, you need to drive in a few circles for it to to the calibration.

2. There is the possiblity that the roof of the truck has become magnetized and needs to be demagnetized before the compass will work correctly.

I can tell you where it is on my 2009 truck, and it is pretty much the same place on my wife's 2013 Durango.

Start with it in the main screen on the EVIC.
Scroll down till you get to "System Setup" press the right arrow.
On this menu scroll down to the next to last item which will be "Compass Calibration"
Press the right arrow which will start the process.

Before you do that though, make sure that you have the right zone set for the compass. This should be in your manual with a map of the zones. You need to set the zone to the area on the map to compensate for the difference between true north and magnetic north.
