Cannot tell from the picture. It is too close. Can you take a picture of the whole headlight assembly? Or just turn your lights on and look at the light, then turn you brights on and look at the light again. If your highs and lows use the same bulb, you have dual headlights. If they use separate bulbs, you have quads.
If you have duals, you need a bi-xenon HID kit. If you have duals but want quads, you need to buy new headlight assemblies. This is duable. I just switched to new projector headlights and am going to sell my newish stock quad headlight assembly. My truck is just 2 months old and has less than 1500 miles on it, so the headlights are basically new. Let me know if you are interested or have any other questions.

Since the quads have one bulb for low beam and one bulb for high beam, swapping over to quads really won't help much. I'd go with your stock capsules or some projector capsules (much better focus for the light), and a HID kit that features a bi-xenon bulb which is HID low beam and halogen high beam.

HID high beams don't work all that great for flash to pass. Also, they aren't any brighter than the low beams, just aimed differently. The higher the K value of the beam, the bluer or more purple the light.

Those are quad lights. If you look you can see the smaller high beam bulb under the low beam.

First I would just put HIDs in the stock housings and see what you thought of them. I noticed the HIDs in my fog lights make a huge difference as well.

Once you let us know exactly what your looking to do we can tell you where to look/what to get

White rams unite! hahaha

Well where are you located. While HID install isnt too hard ( I did 6 lights in under an hour and 15 minutes) Im sure a shop would charge you pretty good to install them.

Maybe some local members to you would help with the install that know what they are doing?

As far as color/temps, are you looking for pure white, white with a blue tint or blue? Are you in the country where you need BRIGHT ASS LIGHT, or city where just better lighting is needed

Well AAC probably has the HIGHEST quality HID kits I have ever seen, they are pricey though. I got mine through DDM, and while I have yet to have a problem, I would have more confidence in an AAC kit lol.

They are sponsors here and you can contact them directly for maybe a forum/package deal? but I would definitely look for a 6,000K kit if your looking for pure pure white. Most OEM HID kits are in the 6000K range
