Default I just got crazy - CAI, exhaust, module, throttle body

Ok folks, after chilling on this forum for a short period of time, I had to go upgrade my Ram.

I just purchased:
Magnaflow exhaust system - cat back - 16869
Airaid CAI - 300-237
Airaid Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer - 300-631
Jet Performance Module - Stage 2 - 90906S

If I don't like any of this stuff, I can return within 30 days for full return.

So, the question is 'why' did I choose these pieces.

CAI - First off, I live in CT, which apparently has the same emission standards as CA (bummer). So I had to keep that in mind for the CAI. I would have preferred K&N but Airaid looks good too.

Throttle Body Spacer - it just goes with the Airaid CAI

Exhaust - I just like the sound of Magnaflow based on a million videos I've watched and it's a good brand name.

Module - I am not the type to fiddle around with settings right now...maybe down the road. This is plug and play, and it's had good reviews. It's the Stage 2 as this is what is recommended for vehicles that have some modifications. The cost was on the low end compared to other Modules and Programmers.

So, let me have it. What do you think? I'm sure some will bash me...so fire away!

Any thoughts are welcome.

I'll take before and after pictures for you guys and will let you know my thoughts on these items. I may just do 1 addon at a time to evaluate properly.

Oh, and I purchases mud flaps and a trailer hitch cover too.

Hopefully my truck doesn't blow up after this as I am going to attempt to do the installation on my own.

No bashing here...most of your choices are good ones...except for the Jet chip.

You can plug and play a programmer too. They do have "canned" tunes where you just install them and go on your way.

Honestly, I'd send the chip back and consider paying for a good programmer when they become available for your year truck.

Another vote for returning the JET chip...doubt it works, wait for DiabloSport or SuperChips. Everything else is great!

Nice mods. Can't wait for the pics. My cat back is being installed tomorrow and I can't wait to hear the difference.

Can't make any comment on the chip cause I am not expert...but if Maddog and Timmy and RedRam and the others say take it back, I would probably take it back. These guys know what they are talking about. Personally, I will wait as long as necessary for the 2011 Diablo tuner to come out. Just my .02 worth.

All good feedback. Warnings noted and I'll take into consideration. I may try the Jet and if it's good, I'll keep it...if not, return it. I have 30 days to do this. According to multiple people at the company and their website and one of the resellers representatives, this module does work on 2011. I was concerned about it too.

What specifically do you think Diablo or Superchip will do better than Jet. More HP, more torque, more fuel efficient, better shift points...? I read a bunch of reviews, but that could just be the company putting out the reviews.

Ill speak from experience, before I had looked up reviews on chips on this site I got a jet chip for my truck, was happy with it at first but now I have a SCT tuner...blows the chip out of the water. I think you will be much happier with a tuner, in my case the tuner blew the results from the chip out of the water-all around.
