I can't understand why people feel the bed of your pick up (no matter what brand it is) is a trash can. What the????

I just got an Extang Trifecta for mine and a lock for my tailgate.Love how it folds up and allows almost full access to the bed.I believe I am saving a little on MPG haven't really tested the theory but when I drive somewhere that I normally drive like to work it 'seems' like the gas gauge hasn't moved as much as it used to.

there used to be a rolling bed cover on my truck when my grandpa owned it, but apparently it broke and got thrown away. i wish it was still on there.

I see you mentioned you have the Undercover Flex, have you generall been happy with it. How did you find the fit and finish of the panels, raisl etc? Any install issues? Finally, any chance you could post some pics of it open and closed? I cant find anyone who has one locally to even look at it.

I installed an Armor Lid on my Colorado last year. It's the same as the Undercover lid, except it's finished on the underside-you can't see the support ribs. It's an excellent cover.

Today,I installed a Peragon bed cover on my '12 Power Wagon.I really like the way it works/looks.The price wasn't bad either.I just hope we don't have a hail storm anytime soon,I don't think it would fair too well being all aluminum.

I just ordered the Bakflip F1.

I gave this a lot of thought before ordering my Bakflip. I figure the odd time I need the whole tonneau folded up against the back window for cargo, said cargo's probably blocking the view anyway. The mirrors on our trucks (I have the trailer mirrors) are great and I have the tailgate mounted back-up camera so having the rear window blocked on occasion isn't too bad.

Answer Yes. To keep my junk in and others out. Lots of rain here also.
Most of my hauling is light duty but to me a truck is being able to to handle all kinds of jobs.
Planning a bedrug or bedtread and hard folding tonneau. 3/4" fir G1S for the really nasty loads.
Great info here. Thanks all!
Thinking Bakflip G2,F1 or Extang. Any comments on Aluminium vs. Fiberglass?
