Default My 1993 Dodge Ram 250 Conversion Van Has Low Power Cause of Shifting Issues

My mechanic says he doesn't know what is causing my van to shift from low to 3rd gear. I've known for a long time that it doesn't do well when I'm driving slow but when I drive fast, after I'm already in 3rd gear, it runs fine. I just had a new water pump, altenator, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil change and oil filter. I've had a few diagnostics done by several mechanics. This is something that is hard to see and I hope it isn't something in the stering colum that connects to the transmission. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for looking Ramvan

I'm sure someone better qualified than I will be able to give you an answer, but it sounds like it's in the transmission to me.... (not sure what part LOL)

good luck

Default Thanks For Response

The more info I get, the more I can give ideas to my mechanic and he's the best one I've found, but yes it could be alot of things. Have a nice Thanksgiving
