Question Door Speaker LED ring power source

Ok so I have had some led rings for my door speakers sitting in the closet and decided to look at installing them tomorrow, while fixing torn foam on my driver's seat I took the door panel off and checked things out.

I wanted to know what is the best power source I could tap in to. The closest thing to the speakers is the window button harness which has a power source, I already hooked up the leds to that and they worked but that was with the harness unplugged, will this work? (noob question) are there any better ideas maybe? I'm not an expert on electrical crap, thanks guys

I would just route it straight to a 12v source and put a switch on it.

I'd agree with MS520. If ya tie into the posative side of the speaker it would only light up when the stereo is on. I tied some LED's at my feet to the radio power source so they only come on when the truck ignition is on.
