Default Are they Lights or Darks

Here's a little something to kick around. I recently took my 99 Ram to the local dealership to get a "REAL" headlight alignment and was told that the driver's side was broken so it could'nt be adjusted but they would be happy to order a new one (only $400.00) and change. Reply: ARE YOU NUTS?? After looking around I ordered a PAIR of euro style 1 piece units from a well known suplier. When the new ones arrived I found I had to modify the driver's side turn signal light socket to get it to fit right, (passenger side was a perfect fit). Once installed the light pattern really sucks, (lots of shadows from the facets in the reflector). Does anyone know of a "GOOD" replacement from somebody that actually cares if their product works. Thanks for any help in advance.

This might be the excuse (as if you really needed one) to upgrade to HIDs

I'm sure someone on here will be able to give you a better idea of where to get new lights, but a good place to start would be with our supporting vendors.

good luck, and if you haven't already done so, stop by the newbies section to introduce yourself!

You could upgrade to HID's as Excoastie suggested.

Or, contact our friends and supporting vendor here, AAC; on projector headlights.

Stop by the Newbie Section, introduce yourself and your truck. Extra credit is given for showing us some pictures of your truck, too!

Not sure on how the Euros would handle the HIDs, but my projectors are great with them.
