I absolutely love it so far. Idle outside the cab is a little louder than stock, inside the cab it really isn't any louder. Easy acceleration is just slightly more noticeable than stock, moderate acceleration is awesome, wot and she screams like a banshee! But once it hits cruise speed and the rpm drops you cannot hear it at all in the cab. Exactly what I wanted. And there is ZERO drone at all. The Rumble is deep, similar to a Maggie, but has a more open, unmuffled tone IMO. I couldn't be happier! Wife isn't too happy though. Lol.

That's awesome!

About the wife part... my wife wasn't all that happy either. She asked me if I really paid someone to make it loud and obnoxious. They just don't get it.

This was my first mod. Can finally share now that I figured out how to post pics. Will try to post a vid of the sound soon.

Thanks for the info. At some point when I get my Ram delivered ( which from what others have been dealing with may be in 7 years....) I want to start saving my pennies for a nice exhaust system. I do not want ANY drone at all or anything that wakes up the neighbors......just enough so people know I'm there, if you know what I mean. Will that system work well for me do you think? Would love to hear see/hear that video!

I think this would work well for you. It is definitely a noticeable difference. The Borla Pro XS is a straight through design, which means in terms of sound, it is only loud when you want it to be. The harder you accelerate the louder the output. When gently cruising it is about as loud as stock. As far as tone it has a very nice deep rumble, doesn't sound "tinny" at all, but also doesn't sound muffled either. A very well rounded tone. I kept the resonators because I didn't want too much volume, and I personally hate the snap, crackle, pop, sparkling fireworks sounds some systems produce.
I hope to get a vid up in a few days. Jacked my ankle up (again) so I'm only semi mobile at the moment. Hope this helps.
