We're talking the panhard or track locator bar,it's the bar that's behind the rear axle,and locates the axle side to side in the chassis.
This single arm sits parrallel to the diff housing
The bars you're referring too are upper and lower control arm bars,they locate the axles fore and aft movement in the chassis,and allow you to set pinion angle.
These 4 arms run parrallel to the frame,and mount in front of the diff housing
