Default Ground Force axle shift question. ..

Have read about the issues with the axle shifting on the BT kit. Was wondering if anyone has had the same issue on the Ground Force 2/3 kit? Haven't read any complaints about it.

Doesn't matter who's kit your using, the diff will still shift sideways when you lower your truck.
I had the GF kit,and i sprung for the Spohn adjustable panhard bar, after following the truck up the street with my wife driving it

Thanks friend. I was thinking the problem must be the same on all kits, but want sure. Thanks for the info. Where did you get your GF kit and your Spohn?

The problem doesn't exist with every kit. The McGaughys 2/4 kit and Belltech 2/4 kit both come with a panhard bar relocation bracket that corrects the axle shift without a new panhard bar. The Belltech originally didn't come with the bracket, but after some complaining by customers brackets started to be used.

I have a 4wd and understand that the GF kit is the only one for a 4wd, unless I want to swap spindles. Not crazy about that idea. I was also wondering about the end links. Some kids include shorter end links, but the GF kit includes "sway bar spacers". Am I going to also need to change the sway bar links, or do the spacers suffice? Anybody know?

Sorry I didn't realize you had 4wd. If you don't want to swap spindles the GF kit is the one for you. Buy the Spohn adjustable panhard bar and you'll be set.

So changing the end links is not required with the GF?

Doesnt the Spohn udjustable Panhard bar allow for adjusting fore/aft movement, As in pinion adjustment and not side to side movement? I keep seeing people talk about the Spohn bar to correct the off center diff after lowering, am I missing something?
