I'm running a 295 60 20 on a 20 inch wheel with a +1 offset. Keep in mind I'm not up quite as high as you either. I only have bilsteins set at 2.1 in the front.

Awesome looking truck.

OP, I'm assuming you were referring to the thread I wrote up on wheel and tire sizing in one of your last post. I would definitely recommend the -12 offset and the 315's. It will look much better IMO. If you're going to order aftermarket wheels you might as well get ones that allow you to run bigger tires.

Tires sticking out 2" isn't a terrible look IMO either... if you want to see how that looks check out my wheel and tire thread HERE

I'd recommend googling pics of trucks with tires wheels that have huge offsets with not a lot of lift. it's whatever makes you happy! Oh and for you or anyone else that wants to see here's the flares. My tires stick out around 1.5 to 1.75. The 315's with a -12 offset will be sticking out past mine. also when looking from the front you see a ton of the tire because of the bumpers curving inwards. Like I said with a descent lift this isn't an issue and looks great.

Really impressed with what youve done with the truck bud. Love the 4th gens, especially in black. If I could have afforded one, Id have one.

I decided to go with the lt 285/70r17 which is like a 33 inch with 11 and a quarter bfg ats with the machine and flat black xd addicts-12 offset I decided this because the ats aren't that aggressive and I don't think they will stick out that much and with only. 2.5 front lift I didn't want the tires to have that crammed look..... Ill post pics in a week or so if anybody thinks i should do something else post your opinions thanks again guys!!!

Baron the way your tires stick out is perfect with my tire selection should I go with the + 18 off set? That's the only other option with the particular wheel.... I love the wheel for my silver ram but should I look into other options of wheels with a closer offset to +1 like yours?

you might be ok with the -12. It really depends on the tire. some measure differently than others. I wouldn't go +18 or you won't have much of a change in stance at all. Worse comes to worse you can run some flares and then you should be ok. Check this link out and plug in your oem specs and what you are looking to put on and it'll give you an idea of how your truck is going to spec out.

with 2.5 inches of lift you are going to want to run a tire bigger than that in my opinion. 33's will look a big small. I have a 34 inch tire and I wished I would have went a touch bigger. Also my 295 is wider than yours and I could have easily went with a wider tire. you have more lift than me so I would think you could run a 35x12.5 easily. Those with a -12 and some flares should look good I would think. They will stick out further than mine, how much I couldn't say. Every tire measures differently. Check the forum. I'm sure someone is running that combination for sure. 35 12.5 is a very common size and popular tire. Also check out Toyo AT2 extreme's. They are going to be cheaper than the bfg's I bet and have a more aggressive sidewall with a great warranty. I've seen them in person and they are sweet tires. No white letters though. I love the block style white letters on the bfg's.

I'm running 285/70/17 Goodyear Duratracs on my truck with a 2-1/2" level. IMHO my set-up isn't big enough. That being said, I'm not a fan of the stuffed look either. The other advantage of going with a -12 offset is that if you ever decide to go with a full lift (4"or 6") the -12 offset will be compatible with many of the lifts without having to use a spacer.

sled 92 has a very good point. I think you'd be happy with that setup. It might stick out a bit more than you'd like but nothing a bit more of a lift and some flares can't fix!
