Default Lumens?

So, does anyone have a source to determine what the approximate lumen output of stock bulbs are?
I want to get some more replacement LED bulbs, but I want to make sure what I order is actually brighter than what is already on the stock.
Specifically looking at cargo, 3rd brake, reverse, dome and map lights.

I'm still considering PIAA bulbs for lows and fogs... But I am still wondering if they'd be worth it over stock bulbs... A lot of money to spend on a chance.

The stock head lights aren't anywhere near the lumens of LED lights, you should be fine. Also your owner's manual may say the lumens level... hope this helps
