Question Leveling a 2012 Dodge Ram

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and am looking to level it for the first time. I called a place that has very good reviews and told them what I wanted to do, they took my info and said they'd call me with a price in the morning. He said I would want Torsion Keys, is this a good idea? Not looking to do serious off roading, maybe a little messing around with some friends but nothing major. I've never had a truck leveled before so I'm looking for some guidance here. Mainly going for looks but also as I said very light off roading. Hopefully someone can help me out here.

Torsion keys, I don't think so. Best way is with bilstien levelling struts. Hook up with Andrew from Bully's Performance for more information. I've have them on mine and they worked out perfectly. Bully's is a certified vendor on this forum.

How much did this cost you to level?

The bilstien levelling struts were $200 and change however I installed them myself with a friends help. Just click on my build thread below in my sig, there's some pictures of the install in there.

Haha torsion keys?! How does he expect torsion keys to level a truck that doesn't have torsion bars? Ram 1500's haven't used torsion bars since 2005. And even then, I wouldn't use torsion keys to level it.

If you want some good information on leveling check out the Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing linked in my signature below. It will answer any question you may have and help point you in the right direction.

As RansRAM said contact the guys at Bully's Performance (sales@bullysperformance.com), let them know that you're a forum member and they hook you up with some good pricing on the Bilsteins.

What about strut spacers? Another shop just said that is an option.

I'm no expert but from my understanding it's either struts or spacers to level out our 4th gens however the spacers put more strain on the suspension components. There is a really good post on this subject that I direct you to located here http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=159580

ive got 2" readylift strut spacers on my 12 crew. Got them from summitracing for like $230, pretty easy couple hr install, then take it to get realigned. I installed them at 150miles now at 9600miles no problems yet.
