Default Headlight adjustment

So on the 2013 projector headlights does anyone know how to adjust the height of the headlights? Maybe it's me but I find they point a little low...? I see the arrows under the hood on each side. The one closest to the headlight assembly appears to be adjusting right and left (has an R and an L with arrows). I looked in the other hole with the arrow but cannot see anything to adjust...

The one closest to the headlight is up/down. Just did mine the other day. 8mm I think it was.

It's a 7mm or a T20 bit. The hole beside the key fob is where you do your horizontal adjustments.

So it looks like the R and L are misleading. Went outside turned the truck on with the garage door closed and started turning with a T20 screwdriver. It moved the headlights up. Takes a lot of turning to get them to go up or down. I thought it would be like quarter and half turns, but it seems like it takes almost a full turn to see any adjustment... Hopefully it works better now!
