Just get a high flow drop in filter for your present CAI (the OEM CAI is very efficient also). Most CAI for the 4.7 will have you remove the resonator box on the intake, this will create a ton of noise off the Engine, to the point you can't hear yourself think in the cab. But as for modding, you have all the right in the world to mod your truck for other reasons, that being said, the only one I know for the 2013 4.7l would be the K&N

As Asur said, just modify the stock air box and throw in an aftermarket filter. It will give you exactly the same gains as an aftermarket system for a lot less cost. On a 4.7 the open design CAI's are super loud. I had an Airaid on my 2012 4.7 and was getting close to the point of taking it off just because it was so loud and resonated so much.

As far as aftermarket filters go I would stay away from K&N for a daily driver. While they flow really well they do a terrible job of actually filtering the air. Look for some aftermarket ones like Wix, Amsoil, or Green Filters.

I have the Airraid CAI on my 2013,wasn't worth the money it cost me.
Follow the advice above,if you want a bit more fab yourself a homemade ram air tube to feed more air into the stock box, the only thing faster will be your wallet, causes it's alot lighter

Some members made a hole in the bottom and run a tube out the front of the truck in the bottom area where the tow hooks are.
