Thanks for the kind compliments, Dodge/RAM build good looking vehicles.

I test drove a Laramie Ltd with air suspension BEFORE I the built out my rig, it drove real nice, but it was too floaty for my likes, I want to have as much feel to the road and steering, reminded me of my 2008 CHY 300 SRT8 too soft.

Also I don't have a lot of faith in the air suspension yet...at 0 degrees out side how will it respond? What if one side lifts the other does not? I don't trust the technology.

The wheel dimension for the SRT10 Replicas is only 1 size for the 1500 RAM, box's wheels came in say..."Factory Reproductions" that is who has them on Ebay but I purchased from another vendor on EBay out of Florida....20.00 cheaper and shipping was 50.00 cheaper thru those folks.

I went to Discount tire and crossed referenced Ebay vendor vs. Discount Tire to be sure of fit / dimensions before I bought the wheels.

I finally got to put 100 miles today on the Cooper XSTa Tires they ride very well, quiet, super dry grip and much improved steering response, they are 1'' wider.

I do have a very slight rub only when steering is full/hard clocked on both sides of the sway bar...but it's barely there and you rarely turn the steering full hard over any way, it's a non issue.

I'm very happy with everything....

Also I'm doing a set of "Short" fender only black hash stripes on the fenders...should look good? I hope...

And stripes on the Tail gate...and I have 5" tips ready to install when I try out the 24" Magnaflow....if there is any droan it's coming back off for sure.

Beautiful truck!! I think it would look even better if you ditched the step bars and lowered the back about 2" to give it a lowered, level look. But that's just me. It looks great just as it is.

The war paint stripes on the fenders should look really nice. Also, you will love the Magnaflow. I recently went to a 22" Maggie and it's great. Nice and aggressive without being too loud. Did you get the 22" or the 24"? You said 22" in your first post but then you said 24" above. The reason I ask is that the 22" is a 5x11 case and the 24" is a 5x8 case so believe it or not, the shorter 22" will actually be quieter and the least likely to induce drone.

Keep us updated!!
