Default I want more...

This my first truck and my first experience with modifying a truck and im not sure what I want to do. I have already added about a year ago, a flowmaster super 44, rough country leveling kit and 33in cooper a/t3s. But I want to go higher and louder along with other performance modifications. Maybe yall could give me some direction as to what modifications to add in what order I should do so? Any help would be much appreciated!

Start with a tuner for your performance. How much higher do you want to go? A 5" lift kit ought to get you higher. Several good ones to chose from. Get a hold of one the guys from Bullys here on the forum. And for louder, you can install a cutout switched in the cab for that "NASCAR" moment when you feel the need.

This exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I have a few questions about what you suggested.
1. What tuners would you recommend?
2. I was thinking a 6 inch lift. Would that be best in the form of a suspension lift?
3. Im not familiar with the cutout youre referring to. If you could go into some detail about that, it would help a ton.

Depends on what you want. If you want a fully customized tune, go with a Diablo. For canned tuned like for mileage, towing or power, get what I have, a SuperChips Flashpaq.
2. I was thinking a 6 inch lift. Would that be best in the form of a suspension lift?
The best is whatever you want. I don't have a lift on my truck beinst I'm in Texas flat land and really don't need a 4X4, although I have to admit, a raised Ram looks damn sexy. But peruse the sub forum just for what you are talking about. Here is a link to it.
3. Im not familiar with the cutout youre referring to. If you could go into some detail about that, it would help a ton.
The cut out is usually an electrically operated piece that is inline with your exhaust, but it is usually right after your cats and basically opens the exhaust so it doesn't go through your mufflers, but dumps out right after the cats. Very NASCAR, very loud.
Anything else I/we can help you with, let us know. Post pics of anything and everything you do... to your truck that is.

1. This is the best I could find in the way of a suspension lift. http://www.roughcountry.com/dodge-su...-kit-329s.html
1A. This kit will need me to add spacers and bump up the size of the tires to look right, right?
1B. Are there any other cheaper/better functioning options?

2. This is the best I could find in the way of a cut out. http://www.racelandus.com/exhaust-sy...st-system.html
2A. What should this do to my mileage?
2B. Is it going to provide a large difference sound-wise from the flowmaster on the truck already?

3. If anyone has any thoughts, comments or reviews on the products or other products I could use instead, shoot them over if yall don't mind

Right, your truck will look dorky until you get some bigger tires on there to fill up those wheel wells. You might want to think about flares too.
1B. Are there any other cheaper/better functioning options?
Rough Country is one of the best. There are probably cheaper, but this is one mod that you don't want to cheap out on.

2. This is the best I could find in the way of a cut out. http://www.racelandus.com/exhaust-sy...st-system.html
2A. What should this do to my mileage? You already have a high flow muffler, so it probably won't do anything to or for your mileage.
2B. Is it going to provide a large difference sound-wise from the flowmaster on the truck already? Huge difference. Although your flowmaster is a high flow muffler, it's still a muffler. The cut out, being dumped before the muffler, is going to be really loud.

3. If anyone has any thoughts, comments or reviews on the products or other products I could use instead, shoot them over if yall don't mind
All good products. Let us know how these turn out.

To sum it up in as few words as possible, when you add lift, larger wheels and tires, and try to increase performance, your fuel mileage will decrease exponentially.

Your mileage will suck when you get done LOL

Yes, yes. Exco is correct. I was just referring to your cut outs. If/when you lift it and put a lot more rubber on it, your mileage will tank. Want more horsepower? Your mileage will tank. Typically, you don't buy and mod a truck for the mileage.

True.

But you will soon forget that every time someone compliments you...... or you're found staring at your truck and drooling uncontrollably.

if you want to help offset the lift and bigger tires install a higher gear in your diff like a 4.56. It'll help your truck rotate those big heavy tires a lot easier. Simple performance mods, get a set of JBA Cat-Forward Headers to help the truck breath a little better. As for the tuner, if you don't have a need for a custom tune, I'd suggest Bully Dog. I've heard nothing but great things about their out of the box tunes.
