i am not to sure about the hughes kit. most people recommend just running plane old copper spark plug. i don't think you will need to replace the coil but if i was i would probably go with msd coil. msd stuff is a bit expensive but suppose to be good. as far as distributor caps go make sure you get one with brass terminals.

fastman recommend a 52mm TB for a a 5.9 and 50mm TB for the 5.2 so you would probably want to go with the 52mm one

well if you got the stock stuff kicking around it would be interesting to see if you notice a gas mileage increase by going back to stock setup. i know the CAI look and sound nice but don't work that great since they suck in warm air from under the hood.
