Curt, Reese make very good hitches and your local U-Haul dealer can set you up with a good hitch. Two good sources over the internet are

I took the little bolt through the bumper receiver off that came on the truck and put a 2012 model curt class IV on my 13 with a few minor modifications to the rear cross member of the truck. It's kinda like having two class IV's bolted together, since ram claims that the rear cross member rates as a class IV. At least thats what my dealer tried to claim. Anyway I've towed my 5000 lb travel trailer a dozen times with no issues. Checked all the bolts and their still torqued as they originally were.

If you have a local U-Haul center, they should have a good hitch man (person) to provide and install your hitch. Keep in mind that they not only warranty the hitch, but the installation as well.
