Cool ass install my friend. Does it still pull hard up top with the truck intake?

One of my friends has a 2011 Inaugural addition and yes the throttle response is unbelievable. Looks gorgeous! I saw the oil cooler in the before installation and couldn't tell it from the pics in the after install. Can you hit us again with the oil cooler pic after you installed the engine? And where did the 6.4 intake come from, it looks like a 5.7 intake? Every one I've seen the throttle air inlet turns left toward the drivers side. That one turns up like the 5.7, is that a new one? Thanks and thanks for sharing your build. EDIT: Okay, I see that I missed the fine print about the oil cooler, too bad on that because you may need it. And the intake, can you show a pic of how it looks after you modified it, thanks? Oh and f...yeah, what are you going to do about traction (after 50 edits, lol)?

He reused the truck intake to make it look as close to factory as possible. Thats why he also kept the mechanical fan.

^Exactly. My 2012 has the two stage composite intake manifold just like the SRT, but with the TB located up. So I reused my intake manifold but used the 392 injectors and paired them with a 87mm TB from Matt at Moe's.

Now, let's talk oil cooler. Some may have noticed that we disconnected the stock tranny cooler to run the bigger, fan assisted unit and then plugged the stocker off. When my Ram returns to L&M next week, the plan is to use the ports right above the oil filter to route AN lines up to the stock transmission cooler coupled with the stock oil temp sensor and a thermostat.

Thus far, and in 100 degree heat mind you, I'm averaging between 212-235 degrees for oil temperature. This is actually less than the Challenger guys run with their water cooled filter setup thanks to the mechanical fan and 180 thermostat. After the cooler, I hope to maintain a steady 212.
