Tire Source in Medina. Did you or are you going with a BDS kit? They'll probably have you bring the truck + kit in to have a look before they give you a quote. Nice guys there.

Im working in Afghanistan right now, I want to get ideas and arrangements so I can get it done in June when I come home. Ill definetely keep that place in Medina in mind. Ill probably go with the 4" BDS with stock wheels and go with a 34" BFG AT. What you think? I like the stance of a stock 3/4 ton and I think this will come close

Yep, you'll be close. Just watch the tire width as you may rub on stock wheels; in which case you'll need spacers.

Possibly because many like us do not have them in stock and hid them on our website.
Presently, Bilsteins are on nationwide back order till mid to late June.

I have an '06 Ram 1500 and I am running a 6'' BDS with Bilsteins up front. Currently the Bilsteins are set at their factory setting. Because of this, the rear sits a bit higher and I have tire rub at full lock. Is anyone running their Bilsteins higher than stock with a similar setup?? Do you have CV shaft issues??

You'll be fine running them up higher. It essentially has the same effect on A-arms and CV shafts as leveling a truck does. Generally they need to be at 1.4" to level out a 6" lift.
