Default 2013 Ram Headlights Retrofitted with FX-R HID Projectors!

Okay so I don't have pictures of the finished product just yet as they are on the way back from JJ. I am going to use this thread as a before/after to show the difference between the stock Halogen, stock projector with HID, and finally FX-R projector with HID.

I will also have projector fogs to go along with these so the light output will make you smile.

Just for reference sake this is what my headlights looked like before the retrofit:

Now here is the stock projector with stock halogen bulbs:

Stock projector with 5k 55W HID bulb:

JJ took this shot from his backyard and said he couldn't get all of the output in the picture. This is with the FX-R Projector in the 13 headlight:

55W 5K HID bulbs.

This shot is of just one headlight. I will update this thread when I get my headlights and fog lights with more pictures!

Damn, that's quite the difference. What's the upgrade running you if I might ask. After our talk about the durability of the shutter I'm wondering.

It is fairly expensive. Since you are comfortable baking headlights you could cut down on the cost and just get the parts from JJ. I will PM you tonight.

Okay got the lights on. Here is the truck with them all on during the day.

Output/night shots to follow providing I can get my little ballast issue taken care of.
