Default Wheel and Tire advice

So I recently bought a set of 4 Procomp 7033's and cant for the life of me figure out what lug nut set I need to get these suckers mounted (size, length). Im also having issues getting these 305/55 20 Hankook Dynapro's to bead up. There is about a 10" section of tire that wont come up past the seat of the rim to the bead. Everything else beads up great. Ive tried using a different tire, thinking that maybe the first tire was bad but that didn't help. I really don't want to push the psi too high so I haven't used anymore than 75-80 psi and Ive lubed these suckers with everything under the sun.

Any and all guidance is appreciated...thanks!

I'm not trying to promote a business, but I've had great experiences with Discount Tire. If you have one locally, i would stop by quick, they are very experienced and proffesional. Again, other companies could probably do it, i just know they're surefire help in my area. hope you find your solution soon

Not trying to be smart-guy, but are you sure they sent you 20's and not 19's?????
I've seen a L60x14 Mickey Thompson mounted on 15" rim, it wasn't pretty. Ruined sidewall, but I'm surprised tire didn't blow off and kill him.

I've checked everything about a hundred times and its always the same...305/55/20 and 20x9 wheels. I also called Discount Tire and they said that they've had to inflate these Dynapro's to 110 psi on more than one occasion to get them to seat. I don't have the nerve to run them that high myself, so I'm hoping that someone around here has a cage that I can put them in to give it a try. It just blows me away that these tires are giving me such a hard time.

im sure you probably tried this already but ive had tires i couldnt get to seat in a certain spot before and what i had to do was grab a big rubber mallet and knock the crap out of it on the tread above where the spot is that wont seat.. might be worth a shot if you havent done it yet

Rubber mallet, sledge hammer, ratchet strap....you name it, I've tried it. If I can get it to move another 1/4" I think I might be golden! I don't see any way that the internal pressure wouldn't pop it out.

Take it to a tire shop like kauffman tire they have cages they use on pain in the ass tires like run flats had to pump one up to 105 before and believe me you know when they seat sounds like a gunshot. Question did you not have a tire place put them on if not do you have your own tire machine

I'm limited in where I can take them here in Kodiak AK. I've taken them to three of the four tire shops on the island and none of them had any luck. I took them to the auto shop on the base that I'm stationed at and tried myself with their machines and like them, I failed. I have an appointment with the last shop around here on Sat...so fingers crossed.

Ether and a match......... not safe, but it just may work in a situation like yours. I was going to reccomend a Heavy Duty ratchet strap, but it looks like you've already tried that option. Give the starting fluid a try, and it only takes a little, so take it easy if you go this route. Good luck
