if you did some checking through your local junkyards i'm sure you guys could find the power wagon winch mounts. i got an 07 power wagon and me and a buddy pulled off my winch mounts and he is custom fabbing his own mounts for his 1500. its alot of welding but it will work.

we used 1/2 inch steel plate and basically made the identical mounts my power wagon has. but for added strength we welded a 3/8 piece of flat steel across the top and bottom of the long plate that we put from frame rail to frame rail. and welded another piece of 1/4 inch thick steel across the back of the plate to prevent bowing when the winch is pulling hard. we didn't get any pics but we did have to move a cooler that was in the opening in the lower part of the bumper. we ran the cable and hook through that opening just like the power wagons. i'm not sure if it mattered or not but we also heat treated the steel to make sure it was as strong as possible. but when we attached the mounts to the frame and we reinstalled the bumper it now sticks out a little further than stock. but it's hardly noticeable. remember when welding this up you want as much penetration as possible. no lil buzz box will work for this. you want a good welder that can handle at least 40% penetration on every weld or the mount will rip apart when pulling real hard with the winch and destroy the front bumper.
