Default Projection question

So I installed a new set of Spyder projection headlights with HIDs my question is simple...the projection cut-off should allow the light to shine from the middle down correct? The reason I am asking is for some reason my cut-off allows my light to shine from the middle up...and driving at night SUCKS now!
