Default brand new truck front end chatter

12 1500 big horn cc, got a rattle/chatter that sounds just like a loose tie rod, only hear it when going slower, but dealer can't find the problem, driven 4 other trucks that did it also but not as bad as mine, thinking of dumping the truck, totally frustrated right now.

Could it be the MDS kicking in? The first time I noticed it I was like WTF until I saw eco on the EVIC.

I have the same issue. Going slow on certain bumps, it does sound like theres something loose. Dealer was also unable to find any problems...

A small noise that is just moving parts does not mean the truck sucks... A dealer would not tell you that there is nothing wrong if there was. In the end they are held responsible if going down the road something happens. It is a giant moving peace of metal with moving parts. THINGS ARE GOING TO MAKE A BIT OF NOISE. Mine does it also, it is just the suspension flexing going over uneven surfaces. Reason why it doesn't happen at higher speeds is because you can't hear it over wind noise and road noise at higher speeds...

well for me it's a deal breaker, not to mention embarrassing for a new truck, I knew not everyone would appreciate this thread, but I've never had a truck that did this. and Ive had a bunch.

Try turning the stereo up. That always helps. Sounds like you are just looking for a "deal breaker".

Had a front end noise and the dealer had mine for two days, but found the problem.they went through and tightened down EVERYTHING and thought it was a loose motor mount.
