Default 4th Gen Dome Light LED Conversion

Looking to replace my 4th gen dome lightto a led bulb. Just curious if someone could link me to a supplier and type of bulb. I did read the sticky and it just told me the kind of bulb id need.

Oh my. I've been wanting to switch to blue interior LEDs but have been leery of them not being bright enough to properly illuminate the cab. My first LED switch was from stock to white LEDs.. then to red LEDs. I appreciate the red maps while driving at night but they are complete crap any other time. I want a color other than the blinding white. Yes, they illuminate extremely well but a dash of color would be nice. Did you purchase your blues from superbright?

Do you just buy the LED bulb and put it in the stock housing or is there any retro fitting done

*EDIT*
I have found the bulb for the dome light, can i just plug it into the stock outlet or do i need a new outlet or anything?

This is what I got for my dome https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...toon/237/1123/

These are my map lights https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...-base/202/895/

Front footwell replacements https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...wer/1128/2677/

Color is cool white, pretty much a white bulb with a blueish hint to it. All are plug n play.

Also got some of these cause I though the rear footwells weren't being illuminated enough. Just cut in half, mount on each side, and wire into dome light circuit on driver side dash. https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...rip/1464/3202/

Where are the front footwells located at?
Thanks a bunch for the response.
How many bulbs for the front footwell?

The front footwells are well, in the front footwells lol. My truck came with them, a lot of others didn't. If yours didn't, then you would have to add strip led's down there and tie them into the dome circuit, there are a few threads here on how to do that.
