Hey I have a 1992 dodge ram 250, not diesel. I got a new battery and new alternator and the truck won't chArge, any ideas as to what I need to trouble shoot?

Check connection at battery (of course) test alt at positive side should put out 15 volts. After that it's voltage regulator. And I think that's integrated in computer. And I think there's a way around it but I don't know how to do it

I agree^ I can post the rerouting of the external voltage regulator or a single fielded GM alt. They're both here somewhere cant be too many pages back.

I am having same issues but with the heater fan only blowing on high and no tail or dash lights

The dash and tail lights are on the same circuit so I'd check the fuse. It's made that way so if the tail lights go out the dash goes out to let you know.

The fan happens to sound like another issue that popped up with bad timing.
