I did a search for some info on these, and got quite a few threads to look at that had some ideas of what to use. But that is as far as it went. Has anyone covered their stake holes with the plastic rail cover on? I would love to see what you did, and hear your opinion.
I tried to search online for a set, but only come up with sets made to go into the metal bed and not the plastic cover. I know I can modify them to work. Just want to see what others have done.
Thank you. Pics would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, I need them to be flat. Tri-fold tonneau cover is on it's way, and doesn't come with covers.

I would consider getting the metal rail caps or plastic rail caps with or without the stake pockets
if they had made them back in February '09, i would have purchased metal rail caps
the plastic is too flimsy for me to walk on & feel comfortable

Tonneau came in this morning and I don't need any covers for the stake pockets. The tonneau covers them perfectly. The tonneau looks and feels great, and it was a great price too. $191 + $50 = $241 from this guy, and $279 +FS = $279 from Autoanything.

It doesn't tell you the brand name on here, but it ended up being a tonneau-pro brand. Here it is at Autoanything.

I love it. Seems to be sturdy, and it covers up the stake pocket holes. I'll try to get some pics on here later today.
