It is my understanding the holes are already on the bottom plates, all you need to do is insert the studs into the airbags. Can TLC confirm this? - Thank you

for the driver side it will line up fine, but for the passenger side you will need to make 2 holes 1/2" in size (just to be sure your stud fits in nice) and at an offset of about 1/2", then when you re-install the bottom plate, you will need to aligne it up, if you loosen the bolts that hold the bag to the top part you can easily wiggle it into place, then tighten it all up you should be good to go. I did my hole setup on the passenger side today.

OK update, no more leaks, period, the pump has not re-started since I changed the valves. New holes in passenger side plate, with studs provided by TLC, no noise, no issues, and truck rides great, still a bit of a rake but i will live with it.

Default Stud kit/ leaks

Removed airbags and mounts to install new inlet fittings in bags and add studs to bottom of bag. the template that was sent is a bit off in size to my plates. I looked the template over that they sent and marked my lower plate according to the template. The drivers side works fine but the passenger side is off a bout a half of a hole so i ended up drilling a new hole between the 2 original mount holes in the lower plate, now everything is lined up and am currently testing for leaks. I did make a plate to go over the original mount holes to strenghten that area since there are now 3 holes in the lower mount plate. I did modify my systems air lines because my trailer was swaying a little and I had never had this problem with my Dakotas with separate lines for each bag, that did the trick no more sway. Customer support has be great and the product seems well made.

Another update, the new valves work great, the pin setup for the bottom plates work great also. 1 month now and bags stay full, the only time the pump goes is due to temperature changes it re-adjusts the air pressure. Thank you for the parts TLC
