Every vehicle I have ever had has done this and Im guessing it gets worse the faster you drive right? My conclusion is that while youre driving air is forced through your cowl through the hvac box through the heatercore through your vents. I just turn my dial to cool. I have a ford ranger and drive a ford van for work. Both of them do it so bad my feet will sweat if I have the dial on hot and fan off.

Make sure your AC controls are switched to "interior recirculating" air.

Problem solved.

Dodge has always had Climate Control issues

type Heater Treater Dodge into your search engine
then settle in with your beverage of choice & start viewing their Youtube videos
they have a least 3 of them & they cover almost everything, what to look for & how to fix it.
You will also see several other videos that other Dodge owners have made about the heat & ac

I have no idea if does that or not, and my AC is broken, so I wouldn't get cold air, just, air, so to speak haha. I guess thats better than hot either way.
