Wonder : what it cost's to have it painted to match?
I read that there's a special replacement air box that a cone filter sits in that is needed to make the hood work. It's the 'coolest' intake system I've seen for the gen4's.

That's not a bad price for a true CAI in my opinion. It would give the truck a bit of a bad-a$$ appearance as it was driving towards ya too.

The scoops are non functional and even if you cut them out theres no cai that utilizes them

Its kool lookin, but it will surely suck up ever bug and dirt on the highway.
I dont think i`d wanna get caught in the rain either....lol

My friend Ron has one on his truck it is pretty well designed and rain hasn't been a problem, it has a drain hole before the filter.
