I'm waiting for my 2015 2500 6.4L 4x2 3.73. It should be here in 3 weeks at the end of Sep 2014. I'm hoping that between the 4x2 and MDS I get 15-16 mpg on the highway (not towing). It is to tow a 5th wheel. I will report back. I'm quite certain it will get my 7000 lbs+ trailer over the Cascades a lot better than my 1500 4.7L.

I have the Ram 3500 with the 6.4 Hemi, 4X4 non-Dully. I have had it a short time but so far the mileage has been very fair around 18-19 highway and 15-16 on the
city and mountains, which we live on. We have been very happy with the
performance of this truck.

I have been very pleased and don't have any complaints with my decision. It handled very well in the small drips we have made up to the high passes and the desert.

Have not pulled the trailer yet with it. We hope to in October, but depends on the weather / snow levels.
