Don't worry guys. It'll get to you. I ordered mine in Mid June, arrived early Sep. These bad boys have lots of options, so there are a lot of opportunities for the buildout to be delayed by parts constraints.
yea I was gonna wait for the "rumored" Harley edition but changed my mind lol. Cant wait either, im sure it will be here around the first of Dec. I might know a guy if it sits in D for to long.
I am enjoying my Limited. However, if you ordered the tow package, you will get the super sized tow mirrors which will provide unending turbulent wind noise.
Others on the forum have said you're going to lose the power fold function... There is no power fold button on the Limited with tow package. Some have theorized if you replace the mirrors and the internal buttons, and the wiring for the motors that fold the mirrors is there already, you'll get the fold option.
Does anyone know if the standard mirrors are direct replacement for the tow mirrors-- electrical connection and function standpoint?
I ordered a 14 Limited with tow package for the trailer brake controller, but do not want the tow mirrors. The dealer said that they would change out with the standard mirrors upon delivery.
Everyone is assuming that they are a direct replacement--memory, heat function, etc??????

If it were me and I'd orderd my truck recently, I'd just tell them I wanted to reorder. Let them sell "you" current truck. I almost did that with mine a couple of weeks after I ordered. I was having second thoughts about 4WD.
I have a 2011 Laramie 2500 crew cab with the same mirrors. I have no wind noise problem. I also have a Limited on its way,and ordered the same mirrors.
I test drove a Longhorn with the same mirrors, and saw no problem!
