no it's actually a piece of camo vinyl that has a sticky backing that is made by camoclad http://www.camoclad.com/
i just measured it out and applied it to the instrument pannel cover. whole thing took about 2 hours or so.
Oh nice. I work quality control for a crossbow company and we use a paint dip for the camo, looked very similar. that looks bad ass either way though! Can't go wrong with camo!
I actually did it myself. I purchased a sheet of camo skin from www.camoclad.com. they sell it in half sheets and full sheets. a half sheet should be enough, but i bought the full sheet and have been using the extra for small bits and pieces around the interiour. all i did was remove the plastic bezzle and cut the camo skin into slits 4-6 in. wide (the wider the pieces, the harder it is to get the camo on straight). then i just pieced it together making sure the camo ligned up where it was supposed to go. all took approximately 2 hours after i figured out exactly what to do.
