If they can class costco gas with shell and petro canada, its obviously fine. Regulations and standards are just that. All these fuels must pass the same stringent tests, and they all pass. Therefore I will CONTINUE to buy my gas at costco. I have never heard of someone having a bad experience with gas there. As I have mentionned before, I'm not too worried about any dirt/crap or moisture getting into the gas because of the volume they sell. They changed their filters regularly. More then most other places, again, due to the volume they sell.
That is all.
I think I got a bad batch of 87 from the commercial card-lock gas station near my work. i don't know what brand they use. It was a free fill up with my dads personal gas card because I took a ton of garbage to work last week which was like 250km of driving to get rid of his junk. Just noticed the truck is not driving as nice and I noticed when I was pulling a duramax out of a field saturday night it had a weird idle. When my truck was in 4-low but in park, the idle was strange, would go go go, then drop then get louder then go normal. Happened once or twice a minute. Also getting crappier fuel milage and not as peppy as normal.
