Bars look cleaner, but got a westin bar on order so rounds are going on that.

All depends on the look you want.

I agree; depends on what you want and the mounting situations. Old Indy's like the Pella 500s still have more throw and vertical splash. It's also real easy to "googly eye" the 500 mounts per weekend environment and need.
My quad had two 500's and a two row 15" which makes a insane combo, so much I never use it due to hunt/fish advertisements. I still plan to duplicate that with a bar on the new truck.

if they make that in a chrome look finish, that might just be what I need to push me over to the bar setup.

Default Plus 1 for round lights

I have always liked the look of the round lights and my Kc day liters throw light a long ways. Much better now that I moved them from the front bar to a roll bar.

I am not sure why, but the LED bars have never looked right to me. They look great installed on other vehicles, but I just don't think they would look all that great on mine. Call me old fashioned. I just prefer the round appearance of the KCs and when compared to no aftermarket driving lights at all, just pure OEM, the KCs give off a fair amount of light (at least the model I plan to purchase). And even though I am one who appreciates light, and a lot of it, I just cannot picture installing the LED bars on my Ram - just not the appearance I am going for.

I have attached some pics for you to consider. It is totally up to you which route you go - much like someone else already mentioned, it is about what look you are trying to accomplish just as much as it is about the light output.

One main reason why I went with the Hunter brand and this specific model, is because, unlike other brands, this one doesn't block most of my beautiful chrome grille. This is what my rig looks like for now with just the Hunter bar installed:

And these are the pics posted by another member that inspired me to go this route:

How hard was the install on this? Was there any cutting required, such as with the airdam?
