Default Stuttering braking

I bought a used 2002 Ram 1500 revcently. I noticed when I brake theres like a stuttering....no noise and its not harsh, mostly felt. The pedal doeasnt move. It feels stronger the faster im going whne I use the brakes.

Brakes stop me fine and its not like its losing grip, but its regular and even....

Just curious if that was common on these trucks.

my 99 brake have been feeling like they are "grinding" when i press them. No loss of breaking power and is even. I pulled my wheel off and my rotor is scored horribly bad and my pads are almost worn down. Have you checked your breaks?

The brake rotors on the front of our trucks often warp with use. It's very common. Mine are warped right now and it's doing the same thing yours is. The fix is to have the rotors turned or replace them with some heavy duty vented rotors.

Check those rotors, that stuttering (pulsating) feeling is the classic symptom of rotors being warped. if it is faint feeling it is usually the front, it gets more pronounced usually if it is the rear. I see alot of rear rotors toasted on these trucks from powerbrake burnouts
