I wasn't expecting to buy my Express but it was just what I was looking for (even though I wasn't really looking hahaha). My buddy bought a 2010 1500 CC Sport in November 2010. He got every option. I was absolutely blown away by how well his truck handled and how quick it was. Plus the butt coolers/warmers were pretty awesome too.

We had been talking about the new Express and how cool it was since its basically a stripper model with a Hemi. I went in to have the navigation replaced in my 05 magnum R/T (joystick was broken when I bought it from the same dealership). I started talking to the salesman about the Express. They had 3 on the lot. A white one, a grey one and a black one. We talked numbers and I thought about it for the weekend. I ended up going back on the following Monday and buying the black one. It didn't have everything I wanted (namely the 3.92s and LSD) but I did get PW, power locks and cruise control. Oh and a drop in bedliner. But I'm extremely happy with it.

I don't like my rear either but it is loaded otherwise, the only other thing I don't have is the trailer group, which is nice because of the dash. Did you get the u connect?

No, no U-Connect for me. The only options were the Preferred Express package (I think it's what it's called?). It has cloth instead of vinyl but has the base radio. I'm pretty sure that's the only option I have. Not sure on the trailer package (no receiver).

I might add uConnect later though. My '05 Magnum R/T had it. At first I thought it was a gimmick but after using it a few times (and setting it up), I really liked it. It came in handy quite a few times when my phone was in my pocket (all the time) and I didn't hear it ring.

The dealer gave me a pretty good deal since they were trying to move the 2011s off the lot. I really wanted to build one with all the options I wanted but it worked out. The dealer told me I didn't want the 3.92s because I didn't tow all the time and wasn't worth the gas mileage compromise. It's funny that they market the Express as a poor man's R/T. I don't care a whole lot about gas mileage HEEEEEELOOOO...

i guess i got lucky, the only option i didnt get was the 392 gears. i have 355s with the lsd, and every other option on the list for the express. the evic display in the gauges is pretty neat, its nice to see right in front of you how bad your gas mileage really is haha. got power everything, cloth and carpet, even keyless entry. Planning on doing the heated seat kit from mopar, its under 300 bucks, how can you beat it? Drove a 2010 f150 today with 2800 miles on it.....so glad i bought a dodge, no comparison.

Mine is a pretty neat setup Red, Vinyl interior (love the vinyl, looks great, people think it is leather), Power locks & windows, and LSD. Only thing I really wanted was the 3.92 like most others have said. However, do a lot of highway driving so it probably for the best. Had the Dodge remote start added, great feature. Mufflex 14, liner, drop in filter currently. Hope to do a drop and possibly some different 20s. Lets see some pics people!

The y-pipe is connected to the exhaust manifolds and it's very restricted. It's where the two pies go into 1 pipe. There are pics posted on here somewhere. Definitely worth the few bucks it costs to upgrade

I was researching the new (2011) F150 for awhile. I really wanted a 2wd, standard cab Ecoboost. But it was over $27k with no options (other than the engine). Even the 2wd single cab 5.0L was over $25k. I bought the Express because I felt that it offered the best combination of features for the price. Plus it is undoubtedly one of the sharpest trucks on the market today. I paid a hair over $21k out the door, which seemed pretty fair to me considering I carried close to $1200 over from the Magnum.

I think I'll add the remote start as well. The seat heaters, not so much hahahaha.

So, I agree with Detail. I'm glad I went with the Ram (and this is coming from a hardcore Ford guy).
