Question tire purchase recommendation for 2500 crew cab/4x4?

Looking to buy tires but can't figure out which one to buy. Was told to look for Load E 121 rating? We tow a 33 ft Outback trailer and on occasion haul an electric golf cart. Was told that good 10 ply tires are essential.
I'd greatly appreciate in knowing what others with similar towing scenario recommend.

You Def need the load range E tires.. I needed them for my old 2500... What tire size do you have? and what type of tire do you want? .. i personally recommend all terrain tires.. some good year wranglers.. some... and I myself just got Cooper discover AT/3 for my 1500 and there a great tire so far.. good in all types of weather and wear pattern and mileage is looking good so far..

I would recommend Nitto's "E" Rated and have had no issues.
1st. Set 33" Dura Grappler

2nd. Set 35" Terra Grappler

I got them from:
http://www.tires-easy.com/

They are great I've had no issues and absolutely love them my son also has them on his Nissan Xterra.
In the rain they are great ans in the snow they were wonderful they are "E" rated tires.

Ya that's how his tires came: Terra Grappler LT285/75R16 E126Q
and his handling is incredible he has been out with others in his club wheeling and while others had issues with traction he had none, good enough they had him take the lead at a point.
