taller wall rides nicer, shorter wall handles better. its all a trade off.

I went with 18's and am extremely happy with the appearance and the ride.

New to Rams, but was a Jeep owner in a previous life. As others said, a smaller diameter rim is usually preferred. Keeps cost lower. More sidewall to provide a slightly better ride. Also, many tires aren't available in bigger rim sizes. If you have an idea what you want, check the sizes/prices available.

gotta consider 20's cost more in every aspect both initial cost of the rims, tires cost more for the bigger rim diameter and will continue to cost more when you need to buy a new set. I personally plan on 18's on 35's same as you did.
