hi all im new to the forum. I love all the white trucks,gave me a few ideas. ill post a pic of mine ina couple days the snow has almost melted so I can get it washed. also this is to jsettle,can you post a side view of you truck? ive had mine for a week. where would I go for a 6.7 conversion on this forum. thanks everyone and nice trucks.

Haven't seen anyone do a 6.7 conversion on the Z before. It would be pretty damn pricey too. New engine, tranny, computer (Probably), guages, exhaust, front suspension. They are probably also different engine mounts too. What has you interested in converting to a 6.7L in a truck you have only had for a week?

I got my 2500 for a steal,but I want a cummins. I found a 2k mile 6.7 for 4500$ pretty much everything for 7500$. im not a bg hemi fan it runs great though. I havnt looked into everything on the conversion but it seems no one has done it.

Having literally just gotten a new 3500 Cummins for my work truck, it seems like there is just a lot of stuff different from a gasser. Even down to the buttons on the steering wheel control the evic which is different for a Cummins over the gas. The problem is vehicles now are so computerized and electric fed, that you almost need a degree in computer science to figure everything out with making them all work.

Do you know if there is anything different with the frame/ suspension from the 2500 hemi to gasser?

I think the frame I the same on the 2500,the mounts are different,i don't think it would be to hard. the wiring would prb be the worst part. I am going o do the evic conversion. if I could find a good prices ctd this winter,id just trade it in.i looked at a 12' and they wanted 45k.i just don't wanna spend that much on a truck lol.if I decide to do it ill make a build thread.

They are a lot. Ours had a sticker price of around 65 grand.
