The wireing harness on the rear doors go bad. Happened on my 03 also. They break in the tube that sends the wires to the door. Squeeze the wire tube and hit the switch and see if they connect at all. Mine started with door locks not working then went to the windows. I had to reconnect each wire going through the door

What I would do is there is the black boot between the door and the body. You can take the boot off the body side and unplug the plug. Then check for power up to that point as you press the lock and wondow buttons.. If you have power to that point than I would say its in the boot between the door. I removed the pannel because I needed to pull the wires out of the door to get extra slack to sodder and shrink wrap each wire.. Its not fun to do. It was only a temp fix.. If its the harness I wood look to replace them.. Opening and closing the door puts alot of bends where you recontect them. Mine lasted about a year one the one door.. Then I traded it in.

I had to reconnect all of mine also. I used a more flexible wire in my repair though.
