Question Air Suspension / Leveling w/Bilsteins

Does the air suspension negate the need to level the truck? If not, can you still level/lift the front end with Bilsteins and the air suspension?

Adjustable shocks are not able to be installed on the trucks with air suspension as there is no coil, and in order for them to work you need factory coils.

A way to negate this problem is by installing a coil over suspension lift, other than that there is no good way to lift a truck with air suspension at this point!

Thanks
Jeremiah

Do you know if the air suspension levels the truck for everyday use, or is it mainly for leveling during towing?

It won't level it for everyday driving. The air suspension will have a sensor on the rear of the truck that it uses to "level" out the back end when you put weight in it. So even when it does that the truck won't actually be level, it should be sitting at it's factory rake. There will just be more PSI in the air bags to accomplish that.

If you have air suspension you're stuck with how it sits unless you do what Jeremiah said and completely remove it from the truck and install a coil over suspension system.

You probably trick the ride sensors by making your own arms I'm actually surprised no one offers some thing like this

Thanks for you responses. I wish I would have done some more research before ordering the truck, amateur mistake. I'll make sure and post a solution if I run across some kind of workaround.
