Not too much, here's the short list:
  • Factory remote start. This is in process, I got a 'new' (used, never installed) one off e-bay for a great deal. Hood switch wiring is already in place and it should take me no time to install the hood switch & antenna myself. I imagine I can get a local dealer to install & program the WIN for an hour of labor, ~$75-$80.
  • Factory rear view camera. I tow a pop-up camper and it would be nice to have to hitch-up without relying on someone to guide me.
  • Factory tow hooks if I can find another used set on eBay <$100
  • I'd like to figure out if I can use a MHL-HDMI-RCA adapter to view navigation, netflix, etc from my phone on the factory radio screen using a Lockpick.
  • I like the idea of a grille guard, but there's so much information/misinformation about them I'm not sure what to believe. I travel back and forth to the UP quite a bit, and we have close calls with deer every once in awhile. In addition, our family cabin is on a 40-acre parcel of land and there are no less than 5 massive steel gates cemented into the ground to get all the way back. In the past, locals have messed with the gates; sucks because we can't be there all the time. A couple years ago someone must have hooked their truck up to one and tried to pull it down. Trust me, after driving 5 hours and getting up there in complete darkness the last thing I want to deal with is a gate I can't get open because it's bent/stuck. Luckily my buddy brought his beat up '98 Chevy Silverado and he didn't have a problem using his truck to push the gate back into place so we could get it open. I wouldn't attempt that with my truck without some protection on the front end, but I don't want to drop $2000 and add several hundred lbs with a complete bumper replacement either. I'll need to keep researching this one.
  • When it's time to replace tires I'll probably just go one size up and to a more aggressive A/T tread.
  • Bed cap when I can afford it.

That's about all I can think of for now...
Jake

Nope...the 5'7' bed. Does kinda look longer in that pic though.

I've only had her 6 weeks, but already hard at work with a few mods. Put the new rims on last week and leveled it with the Bilstein 5100 shocks. Also, put on a new Corsa exhaust and Volant cold air intake.

This is my first truck so this is all a new experience for me. Absolutely loving the ride and can't wait to tow my Regal 2300 around this summer!
