Default 3rd Generation 1500 Lift Help!!!

Hey all,

I am looking to lift my recently purchased, 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Sport and fit 35" tires on the stock, sport rims.

Can anyone give me suggestions, with pictures and details (such as lift height, company etc) as to what they have done or others they have known have done.

Looking for that "perfect height", not stuffing tires under there while not leaving too much space, without any rub at all.

I was thinking adding a small leveling kit and then add a leafs in the rear. Not sure if I should do that or just level the front, by turning the torsion bars, but then again I have a feeling it may look too stuffed then if I just raise the front and leave the back stock, how it is now.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

This would be too much lift to tire in my eyes.

While this is just the smallest tad to little lift/no lift.

Looking for in between relative space, that perfect medium.

Maybe a 4" with 35's?. I currently have 35's on a 2" level, but i think it falls under the "too stuffed" category you don't want. 6" with 35's look nice too. Here is mine-35's with 2" bilstien level in the front.

your truck is going to require different lifts than the 2006-2008 3rd gens.

i think rough country makes a 5" lift for the 2003-2005s.

that would be perfect

That is correct, should of thought that through. For the 03-05 they have a 3" , 4" and a 5". I do think a 5" would look killer.

Could get an 06-08 to 5'' of lift a few ways.

2'' Level plus 3in BL
4'' Lift plus a 1in BL
4in lift plus bilsteins at 1" and a taller block out back.

I think 4in lifts with 35's look great, 6in lift sometimes needs a 37in tire IMO, depending on the wheel setup and rest of truck.
