I just put in Sylvania Ultra bulbs. And. Took truck to level concrete slab against a wall. Marked off 25' from wall. Put truck so headlights were at the 25" mark. Make sure you are pointing straight at the wall. I measured the at top of the chrome deflector inside the headlight housing. Mine was 38". I made a mark on wall at 36.5". 1.5" drop @ 25'. Adjusted so the top of the low beam light pattern hit the 36.5" mark. Nobody has flashed me back yet, wasn't expecting it really.
Best night driving yet. I know I changed two things. I thought you could go out and set them at night. I wasn't close to where they are set now. They were set too high.
Are they good??? They are a "5" on a scale of 10. My wife's Equinox low beams are better than my RAMS high beams with nobody flashing you back.
RAM really blew it on this one.
I'm going to look into the 2013 headlights later this summer. We'll see.
What I'm really wanting to try is test drive the new 2015 Colorado. I know....

HID kit for the win. Haven't regretted it. One of the top mods I have done.
