Default Radio Volume not working

Hi there.

I just bought a new 2013 dodge Ram Lamarie and I noticed immediately when I picked up the truck that the uconnect radio (without Nav)had no volume to the radio or any audio. The dealer immediately took the truck to investigate the issue, and to date they have not have found the source of the problem. They will be replacing the radio as a first step? Has anyone encountered this, and if so how was it fixed?

Please help.

I noticed with my radio also, same radio as yours..within the first 1000 miles I noticed some random things not working correctly. IE: the radio volume / tune buttons and the USB port in the center console. They would work eventually but just seemed to be frozen. I don't know if it has anything to do with the "break in" period...but all of mine seems to be working now. The radio volume today actually froze up, but fixed itself. If you're not getting any sound at all and the volume isn't going up or down then it seems to me the radio might be bad.
