I have factory fender flairs and factory wheel to wheel side steps on my CC. I got the WeatherTech Mud Flaps (F&R). Takes 5 minutes each or less to install and uses the factory screws. They line up perfectly. You can see the front one in the first picture rear in 2nd picture.

There not bent, 1/4" space between the steps and the front flap and they don't flex. You could always cut the step off a little bit if you want. The plastic cap is held on by 2 screws.

Like gcscott said, the WeatherTechs fit perfectly with wheel flares and W2W side steps. Here are a few more pictures showing the fit.

Ditto...Weathertechs on the front, OEM's on the back. What can I say, I'm a sucker for more ram logos lol.

Weather techs installed all around this weekend, They look better than my OEM ones did on my 2011.

However my dealer did advise me that they have installed OEM's all around on a 2013 Sport with Wheel to wheel running boards he says not all will work but some do and i looked at one on the lot that was allready done and they were actually touching the running boards.
