The above is true about the spark plug fouler, however I would never want to run lean on a HEMI engine... Rings are so close to the top of the piston that any detonation and you would be replacing a motor.

While I agree, I have known several people that ran long tubes on 3rd gen hemi rams without any issues(a few for over 100,000 miles).

It's pretty hard to get detonation with knock sensors.
